So I’ve had my Twitter account for over a year now and I must say that I like it! My relationship with Twitter has come a really long way since I oh-so-grudgingly signed up for my account. I thought, “WTH, who’s great idea was THIS? Nobody is going to be interested.” But, slowly and surely more and more people I knew started joining/following/RTing/@ing and it became a way for me to know what was going on with my friends even when they were thousands of miles away. Now, Twitter lets me feel connected to everyone that I do/don’t communicate with on a regular basis. It essentially makes me interact with people regularly so that I always feel very up to date with the people that I follow. This is great for me since it’s so low maintainence and quick. Even though I usually don’t like things that get so much press/hype, Twitter is something that I really enjoy.
Also, Martha Stewart likes Twitter as well - so it must be good!
